Henry Sutton

William Henry Sutton, 70, of Sale Creek, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021.  He retired from the Hamilton County Highway Department and loved to hunt and fish.  Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Claudia Redden Sutton; parents, Elvert and Nettie Sutton; sisters, Viola Shelton, Jessie Travis, Bessie Patton, Mildred Hicks, Phyllis Sutton and brothers, Howard Sutton and Roy Sligh. 

Survivors are his daughters, Crystal Griffin (Mike), Cynthia Gibson (Jessie) and Maria Edge (Sam); sisters, Ruth McRee, Irene Sutton, Dorothy Pelfrey, Lena, Patricia Harmon, Becky Redden (Dalford) and Sue Lawson; grandchildren, Tony Rohland, Jr., Ryan Gravett, Ashley Reyneso, Jesseca Reece, Hunter Gibson, Matthew Gibson, Mary Sutton, Justin Sutton, Ethan Clary, Alix Edge, Braylee Edge and Baylee Edge, 14 great grandchildren and many, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Graveside service will be on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  There will not be a visitation at the funeral home.
