Billy Brown

Billy Brown, 40, of Soddy Daisy, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 31, 2018. He became mentally handicapped at the age of five due to an allergic reaction from a school shot. He is preceded in death by his father, John H. Brown.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Brown, sister, Tammy (Jerry) McCarty, special nephew, Benjamin (Brandy) Brown, two special nieces, Kristain (Stephan) Pendergrass and Katie (Jordan) Wilkey, other nieces and nephews, Amber, T.J., and Ashton Miller, his beloved great nephews and nieces, Winston and Demi Brown, S-Jay and Peggy Pendergrass and Bella Wilkey, and a special friend, Doris Perry. He is also survived by his special friends at the Soddy Daisy GameStop, Trevor and Josh. The phone calls they answered every day and the time they took answering all his questions about videogames was wonderful; may God bless them for their kindness.

Billy never met a stranger and once he met you, you were his friends for life. His family and friends will miss him forever and he will never be forgotten.

Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. with  Jerry Clements presiding. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 10:00 -12:00 on Thursday.
