Thomas "Bud" Norman Higgins, Jr.

Thomas “Bud” Higgins, 63, passed away on March 16, 2019. His parents, Thomas and Mary Ann Higgins and his brother and sister-in-law, Rod and Serena Higgins, precede him in death.

Survivors include his sons, Daniel (Debra) Higgins and Jason Higgins; daughter, Amanda (Dru) Smith; sisters, Tommye Ann Higgins and Gywn (Jim) Ward; and grandchildren, Sydney Amelia Smith, Seth, Veronica and Gage.  

Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Phil O’Dell presiding. Burial will follow at Hamilton County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4:00 to 8:00 on Friday, March 22, 2019 and Saturday, after 10:00 a.m.
