Susan McGill

Susan Reese McGill. 73 of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee passed away May 15, 2023. She retired from the Hamilton County Department of Education having taught at Daisy Elementary and Soddy Daisy Middle School for more than thirty years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, University of Tennessee Football, and fishing.

Her parents, Arthur Harold “Art” Reese and Ruth W. Reese, preceded her in death.

Susan is survived by her husband, Johnny McGill; two sons, Robbie and Tonya McGill and David and Cathy McGill; her granddaughters, Lauren, Sarah and Lyla McGill and two sisters, Judy R. and T.C.Varner and Mary Beth and Ricky Austin along with several nieces and nephews.

Her family is planning having private services at a later date.
