Sammy W Wilkerson

Sammy Wayne Wilkerson, 66, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Sammy was an iron worker with Local 704. He never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. Sammy loved spending time with his grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Carolyn Wilkerson; sister, JoAnn Griffith and nephew, Oscar Thomas Griffith.

Survivors are his daughter, Sammie Wilkerson; special grandson, Bobo; ex-wife, Vicki Renee Wilkerson; brother, Donald Wilkerson; grandchildren, Evan, Kelsey, Jacob and Thunder; nephew, Chipper Wilkerson (Monica) and family; nieces, Melissa Reasor and family, Raychel Wilkerson and family and Bridgett Negerte and family.

A gathering will be on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
