Roberta Ann “Cookie” White Millican passed away on June 9, 2020 in a car accident. She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry White; parents, Luther and Vida Mangum; and siblings, Sue Blaylock, Mildred Miller, Dewell Lee Mangum, James Howard Mangum, and Robert Mangum.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Lawrence) Dales and Michelle (William) Batie; brother, Larry (Pat) Mangum; sister, Mary Patricia Stewart; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Joshua) Reedy, Laura Schwindler, and William Batie; great grandchild, Marcella Schwindler; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield. She actively participated in Redemption to the Nations. She enjoyed spreading the love of Jesus.

Services are at the funeral home on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. She will be buried at Chattanooga National Cemetery with no graveside services.
