Ralph Franklin “Bud” Youngblood, 82, of Hixson, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021. He was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church. Ralph was a retired truck driver. He loved music and played the steel guitar, bass guitar and lead guitar. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dorothy Youngblood; sister, Imogene Smith; brother, J.D. Youngblood and son-in-law, Mike Smith.
Survivors are his wife of 63 years, Imogene Youngblood; children, Diane Levi (Ricky), Donna Smith, Steve Youngblood and Robert Youngblood; grandchildren, Kristi Denson (Stacey), Brandon Smith (Brooke), Daniel Levi (Amanda), Craig Youngblood (Brandy), Denita Turner (Chris), Gwen Berry (Adam), Hailey Smith, Colby Youngblood, Brittany Youngblood, Brooke Frederick and Chad Youngblood; several great grandchildren; siblings, Marline Coffelt, Mickey Youngblood (Gina), Linda Mikas and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Services will be on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Don Kelly and Rev. Ron Agee officiating. Entombment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation is on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home before the service.
