Nancy Fisher

Nancy McCullough Fisher, 83, passed away on November 26, 2019. Nancy graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a degree in Home Economics. She was a member of Phi Mu sorority and a Vol beauty. She was a teacher, a cooking instructor and a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Nancy was the perfect hostess, always preparing food for friends and family. She was a true Southern Lady. With “simple elegance” was her way of doing things.

Survivors are her husband of 61 years, Jim Fisher; son, Jay Fisher of Calhoun, GA; daughter, Amy Arnold (Mark); sister, Jo Ann Brownlie of Melbourne, FL; and her grandchildren, Mary Grace and Emily Arnold and Conner and Andrew Fisher of Calhoun, GA.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hixson on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at the church.
