Leroy Madison Skates, 68, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parent, Tom and Lucille Skates and sister, Carol Elliott.

Survivors are his wife, Carolyn Skates; son, Randy Skates; step-sons, Floyd Thompson, Jr. and Kevin Thompson; brother, Ronnie Skates; sister, Joyce Shannon; aunt, Peggy Hardyman and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
