Kenneth Boston

Kenneth Leroy Boston, 93, of Sale Creek, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020. Kenneth was a member of Sale Creek Church of God and recently a member of Jimmy Swaggert Ministry. He enjoyed carpentry, gardening, and playing guitar, and he once played at the Grand Ole Opry. He was a very meek and loving person.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Rosa Boston, wives, Helen Boston and Imogene Wright Boston.

Survivors include his daughter; Theresa Cooper (Gary); son, Kenneth Boston; step-children, Walter Wright (Mitzi), Dolores Beavers (Jerry), Kenneth Wright (Charlotte); grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Stephanie Davis; step-grandchildren, Chris, Adam, Scarlet, Courtney, Josh, Ian, Derek, Kelli; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Anthony, and William; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at Sale Creek Church of God, Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Terry Bolton officiating. The body will lie in state from 11:00 until 1:00 P.M prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in McDowell Cemetery in Bledsoe County.
