Jonathan Burchard

Jonathan N. Burchard, 35, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021, at his residence in Spring City, TN. He was born August 8, 1986, in Dayton, TN. He was the son of Sherry and James Burchard. For those that have had the pleasure to meet Jon, you may have met him in different stages of his life. From a young child, he had a smile that would catch your eye and warm your heart. Jon’s love of sports increased and became less competitive as he aged. Fishing, hunting, and golf became relaxing hobbies for Jon. He found beauty in the small things and always lived life to its fullest. Jonathan had a traveling soul and was always ready for an adventure. When life got hard, Jon would try to make the best out of a sticky situation. No, he was not perfect, but he knew that. Jon had an endless cheerfulness. His high spirits could lighten the load of any stranger. He seemed to keep a positive attitude through all the ups and downs life would throw a person. His loving spirit is carried on by his daughter Emberly and his adopted son David, grandmother, Judy Dobbs; mother, Sherry Burchard; father and stepmother, James and Paula Burchard; three older sisters, Rachael, Sarah, and Rebecca; two younger brothers, Zachary and Alexander; two younger sisters, Brittany and Jenna; four nieces, Alyssa, Cynthia, Savanna, and Raegan; four nephews, Braden, Keaton, Hunter, and Lyric; along with numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Tuesday October 5th, 2021, at Williamson Funeral Home in Soddy Daisy, TN ,8852 Dayton Pike 37379, with Reverend Bud Stiltner officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Williamson Funeral Home in Soddy Daisy. In lieu of flowers, the family requested that you would do what Jon would have done. Reach out when you see someone in need, lend a hand where you can and, give a hug when their spirit is down
