Billy Parker

Billy Parker, 63, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018. He retired from the City of Soddy-Daisy after 30 years of service. Billy enjoyed fishing and was a big fan of the Tennessee Volunteers football team. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his dad, Jack Parker and brother, Jerry Parker.

Survivors are his wife, Judy Pendergrass Parker; mother, Marie Parker; step-son, Jay Haggard (Shane); step-daughter, Joy Haggard Heddleson (Denny); sister, Crickett Owens (Kenny); grandchildren, Katie, Savannah, Blake and Cooper; great grandchildren, Kadence and Kaiden and several nieces, nephews and extended family.


Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Copeland Cemetery with Rev. David Hammontree officiating.
