Harlin Wilburn Harvey, 100, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. He was born on Lewis Chapel and lived in Chattanooga most of his life. He was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church. Harlin served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II. He was a true servant of God and loved everyone. Harlin was recently honored by the City of Soddy-Daisy as one of the oldest living veterans of World War II. He was a compassionate loving husband, father and grandfather. Harlin was preceded in death by two wives, Imogene Harvey Williams and Clara Harvey.
Survivors are his five daughters and two sons and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and great great great grandchildren, nieces, nephew and extended family.
Services will be on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jon Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at National Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
