Frank Harris

Frank Lee Harris, Sr., loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed from this life into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 25, 2020.

Frank was born in Jasper, Tennessee to Fred Reece and Velma Cleo Graham Harris, Sr. on September 22, 1929. He later moved to Chattanooga and served on the City of Chattanooga Police Department for thirty years and spent most of his years there as a Detective. He met and married Billie Lou Card in 1966. Frank and Billie have been faithful members of the Soddy Church of Christ for many years.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Martha Jane Harris and brother, Fred Reece Harris, Jr.

He was survived by his loving wife of fifty four years, Billie Lou Harris; daughters, Donna Greer, Peggy (Gary) Buchanan, Pat (Dennis) Heiss, Sr.; Son, Chip (Tina) Harris; grandchildren, Dennis (Jennifer) Heiss, Jr., Brad Buchanan, Daniel (Kristie) Buchanan, Jennifer (Zach) Turner, Allison (Ian) Cohen, Frank Lee Harris III, Patrick Harris; great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Rorie Heiss, Seth Hasting, Ella Cohen, Sebastian and Bodhi Turner; Siblings, Margaret Archer, Barbara Reynolds, Roy (Wanda) Harris, Carolyn Campbell and several nieces and nephews.

His family will be having private services.
