Carrie Garner

Carrie Leona Garner, 80, of Soddy Daisy, TN, passed away August 28, 2020. She was a member of the Sequoyah Church of God. Carrie was a registered member of the Cherokee Nation of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was a Phlebotomist for many years where she worked and taught at all the major Chattanooga area hospitals. She later retired from the IBEW Local 175.

Ms. Garner was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed. She was survived by her husband of fifty nine years, Larry “Greek” Garner; children, Robin (Henry) Champagne, Kim Merritt and Charles Larry Garner, Jr.; brothers, Emmett, John and Charles Tyler, sister, Doris Wolfgang; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Her family will be having private services.
