Bryant Jack "B.J." McCallie Sr

Bryant Jack “B.J.” McCallie, Sr., 78, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018. He graduated from Chatttanooga Valley High School class of 1957 and was a member of Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church. B.J. was the owner of McCallie Distribution. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rites and Elks Lodge #91. B.J. loved to fish and play golf. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Thelma McCallie.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Virginia “Ginny” Dill McCallie; son, Bryant J. McCallie, Jr.; brother, Thomas McCallie (Juanita); sisters, Nadine Carden (Lebron) and Mary Nell Moore (Mike) and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services will be on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with his nephew, Rev. Brent Roe officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
