Connie Faye Ricketts Hunter, 65, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away February 17, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Bo Ricketts and Reba Ricketts; sisters, Gwendolyn McDade, Linda Gail Ricketts and a brother, William J. Ricketts, Jr.

Connie is survived by her daughters, Angela Ricketts, Robin (Clay) Kennedy; sisters, Alberta (Ray) Hatfield, Rachel Ricketts, Donna Ricketts, Sherry Haile, Tammy (Chuck) Moore; grandson, Branson Kennedy; granddaughter, Morgan (Chris) Downie; great-granddaughters, Ellie Kate Downie, Jazmine Downie, Cali Downie and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her family wants to offer their heartfelt thanks to her long-time boyfriend, Mike Gunter, for everything he did for her, also to her care giver, Carla Gann, for sticking with her. They also want to thank Hearth Hospice for making her journey home peaceful. Connie would especially want to thank Dr. Don Zeigler for taking such good care of her. She thought the world of him and would want him to know, they will have cookies again in Heaven.

A memorial service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Minister Jerry Clements officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Saturday.
