Bill Massengale

William Franklin “Bill” Massengale, 73, of Graysville, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. He was born in Chattanooga and lived in Graysville since 1977. Bill retired after 34 years as a mechanic from the City of Chattanooga. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, racing and off-roading where he was known as “Monkey” to many in the off-roading community. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Faye Massengale; parents, Hubert and Bernice Massengale and brothers, Vaughn and Cecil Massengale.

Survivors are his son, B.J. Massengale (Brittany); grandson, Skyler Massengale; brother, Dean Massengale (Judy); sisters, Joyce Durham (Dallas), Gail Gallagher (Rick) and Lois Neely and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tommy Levi officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
