Wanda Lewis

Wanda Ruth Lewis, 76, of Soddy Daisy passed away on March 17, 2021 at home on Mowbray Mountain. Caring for her were her husband of 59 years, Wesley Lewis and her hospice caregivers, Jessica, Sherry and Jasmine. Wanda loved music, especially Elvis, the Hallmark Channel, quilting, knitting, hummingbirds, wind chimes and Christmastime.
She especially loved her 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Wesley, her 3 daughters, Carmon (Ken) Mullis, Lesa (Greg) Hamilton and Debbie (Jeff) Evans, 4 grandchildren, Ryan (Dianah) Mullis, Travis (Amber) Mullis, Jessica (David) Shelton and Bristal Evans, 6 great grandchildren, Vera and Hazel Mullis, Trey, Blake and Ella Mullis, Amalie Shelton, as well as family in California.

The family would like to thank the hospice care givers, Jessica, Sherry and Jasmine for their gentle and loving care of their mom.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hearth Hospice of Chattanooga (513 Georgia Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37403).

Visitation is Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Grant Chauncey presiding. Burial will follow at Grant Varner Cemetery.
