Thelma Milligan

Thelma Keith Milligan, 98, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee passed away July 1, 2022. She loved to travel with her late husband, Bill Milligan. Thelma was an avid league bowler having bowled into her early 90’s.

Her husband, William E. “Bill” Milligan and her parents, Roy and Beatrice Keith, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Bobbie and Max Orr; niece and her husband, Sherrill and James Card; great-nieces, Katherine and Elizabeth Card and her cousins, Carolyn Howard and her husband, Connie and another cousin, Thomas Howard.

Her family is having private services.
