Sammie H. Barrett

Sammie H. Barrett, 71, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and of the Baptist faith. Sammie was a devoted Christian who loved people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Stipe and Kathryn Tutwiler and brother, Gilbert Stipe.

Survivors are her sons, John Barrett and Wade Barrett; daughter, Alisha Barrett-Ross (Timothy); brother, Rick Moore; grandchildren, Noah, Lainie, Caitlyn and Dakota; stepfather, George Tutwiler; extended family, Jerry and Rosita Barrett and Barbara Turner.

There will be a memorialization held at 2012 Linwood Circle, Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee 37379 on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 starting at 6:00 p.m. that friends and family are welcome to attend.
