Ronald “Ronnie” Lamar Elsea, 70, of Soddy Daisy, passed away July 2, 2021. Ronnie was a United States Army Veteran having received the Bronze Star during the Vietnam War. His mother, Treva Hays and a brother, Weston Elsea, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his son, Ronnie (Susan) Elsea, Jr.; daughter, Shelley (Todd) Williams; siblings, J.D. (Terri) Elsea, Diane Smith, Jimmy (Joyce) Pickett, Thomas (Betty) Hays, James Hays and Oma Ruth Parker; grandchildren, Casey Elsea, Daniel Howard, Savannah Barbee and Tripp Williams; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday. Services will be 12:30 P.M. Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors.
