Ronnie Dodd

Ronnie Dodd, 75, of Soddy-Daisy, formerly of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully 14 October 2019. Pa loved his porch time, visiting, playing guitar, dominos and old fashion country cookin. A couple of his favorite sayings were “Well Fiddley Foo”, “Ahh Gee Whilikers” and “Diddley Darn”. He attended Green Pond Baptist Church.

He was born to Charles and Annie (Wilkins) Dodd, 18 April 1944 and preceded in death by the love of his life, wife of 40 years, Connie Ray (Coyle) Dodd; brothers, Alan, Charley (Wayne) and Howard; sister, Edna.

He is survived by daughters, Patricia (Larry) Rowland, Soddy-Daisy, TN and Cheryl (Vinson) Orr, Frederick, OK; son, James Dodd, Colorado Springs, CO; brother, Kenny Dodd; sisters, Pearl Morrow and Janice Mallory of Duncan, OK and Ida Bell Rogers of Winslow, AZ; grandchildren, Sam and Laura of Tennessee and Brooke and Paige of Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 203 providing military honors.
