Junior Hawkins

Robert Cecil “Junior” Hawkins, Jr., 71, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021. He was a member of the Local 43 Plumbers and Steamfitters Union and worked as a pipefitter for Jake Marshall for many years. Junior was preceded in death by his wife, Carol May Hawkins; parents, Imogene and Robert Cecil Hawkins, Sr. and sister, Bobbie Kirkland.

Survivors are her daughters; Robin Coffman and Melanie Benson (Will); grandchildren, Madeline Benson, Tori Benson and Ben Coffman; siblings, Linda Faye Bice (Dawson), Judy Gentry Eades, Donna Blair (Gary), Mona Johnston (Brad) and Debbie Shadwick (Kevin); brothers-in-law, Phil Smith, H.T. Pickett and Jimmy Kirkland; many nieces, nephew and extended family.

Graveside services will be on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Blake Freeman. There will not be a visitation at the funeral home.
