Robbie Sneed

Robbie Landreth Sneed, age 85, entered the Heavenly gates on Saturday evening, May 27, 2017.  She was a life-long resident of the Shady Grove community in Soddy Daisy, TN.  She was a dedicated Christian and had an unwavering faith in God and attended the Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle.  A wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and was always more concerned and cared for her family and friends than herself.  She loved to cook for family and friends and you had to eat when visiting her home.  Robbie was the daughter of the late Henry and Marie Perrin and predeceased by husbands WD "Dub" Landreth and Robert "Bobby" Sneed. 

Survivors include sons, Wayne Landreth of Hixson, Mickey (Mel) of Soddy Daisy; grandchildren Steven "Anky" Landreth (Andrea), Amanda Landreth Niel (Erik) of Chattanooga, Michelle (Ray) Burrows of Soddy Daisy and special great granddaughter Christina Landreth of Chattanooga;  Sister Judy (Buddy) Collier, brothers Arvil Perrin both of Soddy Daisy and Bill Perrin of Hixson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.  A funeral celebrating her life will be held the following day on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:00 pm.  Ministers will be Rev. David Stencil and Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald.  Interment will be at Wilcoxen Cemetery in the Shady Grove community.

The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Memorial Hixson ICU and Chattanooga Hospice staffs.
