Nina Alyne Parker

Nina Alyne Parker, 89, a lifelong resident of Big Soddy, Tennessee passed away November 13, 2023. She was a member of the Rechoboth Baptist Church.

Alyne loved her family and always looked forward to Sunday afternoon family dinners, sitting on her front porch watching her children and grandchildren playing in the yard, and watching and listening to the many birds that frequented her yard. She loved and trusted the Lord all of her life and now reunited is in his presence with the love of her life, our Daddy.

Her husband, Lawrence Parker; parents, Thurston and Ruth Burchard and a granddaughter, Melissa Hoover preceded her in death.

Alyne is survived by her daughters, Shelia (Chuck) Nelson and Joyce (Fred) Hooper; sons, Larry (Patti) Parker and David (Kelley) Parker; sisters, Trudy (Ralph) Ritchie and Martha (George) Ratledge; grandchildren, Andy (Jamie) Nelson, Katie (Jimbo) Miles, Amber (Tate) Everett, Claire Hooper, Jacob (Samantha) Parker, Matthew (Carmen) Harvey, Kyle Hooper and Kayla Hooper, along with twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Her family will be having private services.
