Ann Dobbs

Nancy Ann Varner Dobbs, 80, of Hixson, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019. She was a Jehovah’s Witness. Ann retired from DuPont for over 20 years. She loved working in her garden and flowers. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Dobbs; parents, Margaret and Louis Varner and niece, Patricia Underwood Smith.

Survivors are her daughter, Kim Dobbs; sisters, Maxine Langley (James) and Wanda Varner; brother, Kenneth Varner (Noi); several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Services will be on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at National Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
