Linda Sue Duncan

Linda Sue Morrow Duncan, 77, changed her address from Soddy Daisy to the city of Heaven on February 2, 2021. Linda was born in Chattanooga and raised in Westside, GA. She graduated from Lakeview High in 1961, married Jerry in 1964 and spent 3 ½ years with him in the Air Force. After coming to Soddy Daisy in 1968 she substitute taught at Daisy Elementary, Falling Water Elementary and at McConnell before serving as an assistant in the special need program at McConnell.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, George and Elizabeth Morrow; son, Scott Duncan; and sister, Joyce Poythress.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry; sons, Mike (Linda) and Randy (Amy); brother, Eugene Morrow; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren, with one more on the way; as well as nine nieces and nephews.

Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2021 and from 12:00 to 2:00 on Monday, prior to services.
