Dr Leslie Dawn Herman Cavallaro

Dr. Leslie Dawn Herman Cavallaro, 46, of McDonald, Tennessee, passed away on December 28, 2017. A native of Soddy-Daisy, she was a graduate of Vanderbilt Medical School and went on to practice as a Hospitalist at Erlanger Medical Center. She also taught as an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine with the University of Tennessee. A member of Christ Family Church, she was a very caring person who loved her dogs, Oakley and Courage very much. In lieu of flowers please give to the Red Cross where she volunteered.

She is survived by her husband, Vincent Anthony Cavallaro; mother, Laurel Adel Varner Herman of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee; father, Fred Lee Herman of Alvin, Texas and many extended family members.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
