Laverne May Smith, 81, of Hixson, Tennessee, formerly of Pascoag, Rhode Island, was a loving and faithful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went home to be with the Lord, May 11, 2019.

She was survived by her husband of sixty two years, Dwight V. Smith; children, Gordon (Debbie) Smith, Susan Armstrong and Lynne (Spencer) Smith; grandchildren, Bethany, Rachael, Hailey, Joshua, and Katelyn and great-grandchildren, Cyrus and Edmund.
