John Michael Seals

Mike Seals, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on January 8th, 2022.  He was 61.

John was very avid of the outdoors, loved fishing and visiting the Smoky Mountains. John was a very loving man. Enjoyed spending time with his family. John, by trade, was into industrial maintenance and there was nothing that he could not figure out and fix.

He is preceded in death by his parents Gerald Seals and Mary Ruth Morris; brother Richard Seals; spouse Deloris Seals.

John is survived by two daughters, Crystal (Ryan) Wilkey, Jennifer (John) Green: son, Barry Dent; brother, Gerald (Beverly) Seals; sister, Mary Jo (David) Parker; 10 grandchildren, Kyle, Felicia, Racheal, Justin, Courtney, Emily, Landon, Abigail, Devin and Ridgley. 4 great- grandchildren, Brantley, Braleigh, Braxton, and Tayven. As well as a great- grand daughter on the way. Several nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will have a visitation on Friday, January 14th, 2022 from 11:00 – 3:00 p.m. The service will immediately follow in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Charles Ingle officiating. The family request that all visitors please wear a mask during the visitation and the service.
