My condolences to the family...I will never forget the impression that Jeri made on me, the day I walked into the deli at Food Max...There she was, down on her knees scrubbing the floor....I told myself, this is the manager that I want to work for....and never regretted it..Jeri, you will be missed and always remembered....Tee

My heartfelt condolences to the family. I remember Jeri so fondly from our high school days and the fun we shared. Those years are so far back, but the memories remain.

Jeri, I love you. What an incredible friend you have been to me my whole lifetime. You always told me you loved me like a daughter, and ended every conversation and visit with "I love you with all my heart." I have been hearing those words the past couple day, in your voice, with such comfort.. You have known just about everything that has ever happened in my life and when I let you, you tried to help me through it. We were on our way to see you! We are leaving Saturday. I am so grateful, to God, that He orchestrated the calls from last week. I asked my mom to call and remind you we were coming. She called. My mom told you we wouldn't come if you didn't feel up to it! Bah!! That made me call you. I'm so glad I got to talk to you, and hear you say "I love you with all my heart" one more time. I told you it didn't matter what my mom said; she was wrong. We were coming anyway! We needed to come. It would give you a break for a few minutes or a hug, or something....you needed a visit. You agreed. The really "funny" part is that my mom told you in her conversation with you that she wanted to see you guys cause you might never see each other again. You told you you had been feeling the same way. Anyway, Jeri Tucker, you were one of my very, very best friends, and I will love you forever. Tommy Tucker-and Tom and Sas (if you are still going to be there) my mom and I are coming. We will be there Sunday sometime. We love you all, very much.

There have been some times in my life when I don't know how I would have made it through if it hadn't been for you. Your constant support and help, your confidence in me - all these have meant more than I can tell you. I'll always be thankful for all the wonderful things you are -and especially for the wonderful fact that your my sister. My heart is broken and you knew that would happen and I'll say this for the whole world to see - Yes Jeri I loved you the most.! You were more than my sister, you were my friend and I will miss you more than my words can say. Take care of her Jesus, hold her tight - she likes hugs.

Tommy, very sorry to hear of your moms passing. We've not had to work on taxes for several years and so I haven't seen her in these years. We always had a lot of fun working on taxes together and she told me the funniest story of trying to find me when I left Block. Little did we know of relationship with the Thornes. Prayers to you and your father.....they were together so long. Years have passed by so fast. God bless all your family.

"She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. She walked with the Universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings."

I always knew that I could come to you for anything and waiting for me, would be the exact words I needed to hear. You opened my eyes to see the world and life's experiences in a way that comforted me. You helped me see Gege things that I was blind to see. I always thought you were so very wise and I knew that every word that you spoke was filled with love. You were fair and honest, patient and loving, faithful and true to all of your promises. You loved your grandchildren and great - grandchildren more than life itself. I wish you could know Nora. I am so sad that you can't, but I will tell her about you. I know God took you first to save a place for the rest of us and to watch over us like you always said you would. I know now that I truly have a Guardian Angel watching over me and my children. Wait for me at the Gates Gege. I'm not sure if they will open for me, but I know they have opened for you. I love you, Gege, with all of my heart and the very most.

P.S. If anyone else says they love you the most, it's a lie because I love you the most!!!

Amanda, I have listened to stories of all of you for many years since I last saw you as very, very little girls. What you wrote is so beautiful. I am so glad she had you all to love and to love her.
