Jayna Lewis Gravitt

Jayna Lewis Gravitt, 87, of Soddy Daisy passed away on May 1, 2021 surrounded by her family. Jayna was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, mamaw and great mamaw. She was a graduate of Soddy Daisy, class of 1951, and attended Daisy Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bobby) Gravitt, great grandson, Robert Harley, parents Chester Lewis and Mary Yother Lewis Baumgartner and brothers, Vance Lewis, Lowell Lewis and Willard Lewis.

Survivors are her children, Vicki Gravitt Varner and Michael Gravitt, both of Soddy Daisy; grandchildren, Jennifer Coleman (Johnathan), Tiffany McNabb (Matt), Erica Harley (Travis) and Adam Gravitt; great grandchildren, Sierra and Adison and Brady Coleman, Hunter and Payton McNabb, Austin and Madelyn and Caroline Harley; siblings, Bernice McClendon, Thelma Potter, Granville Lewis, Larry Lewis, uncle Arthur Yother (Nella Dean); several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Services will be on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. before the service at the funeral home.
