Geraldine Peters

Geraldine “Gerri” Peters, 72, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was a Christian and of the Pentecostal faith. Geraldine was a hairdresser working at the Powder Puff and the Beauty Clinic. She was currently working at the Krystal on Hixson Pike and known there as “Mrs. Geraldine”. She was a feisty fighter who had beaten cancer and several car accidents. Geraldine loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and her dog, Candy. Her favorite TV show was Gunsmoke. She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry A. Peters; parents, John and Cora Green and 11 siblings.

Survivors are her son, Allan Peters (Mishana); grandchildren, Allyssa Peters and Brayden Peters; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Graveside services will be on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Joe Sneed officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
