Donald Ray Phillips

Donald Ray Phillips, 48, lifelong resident of Soddy Daisy, passed away on March 2, 2018. He was a graduate of Soddy Daisy High School. He loved trees, landscaping, and caving. Ray always said “I found exactly what you need!” and he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his mother and father, Irene Phillips and Lorenzo (Hippie) Phillips of Graysville, his children, Kayla (Cedric)Benford and Hunter Phillips, grandchildren, Paisley and Cooper Benford, sisters, Mary (Michael) Cranmore-Vickery and Margaret (Jon) Casler, brother, William (Dickie) Phillips, several nieces and nephews and his lifelong friends Scott and Jeff Lawson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
