Donald Maynor

Donald Maynor, 85, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018. He was a member of Mile Straight Baptist Church. Don served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local # 515 and the NRA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Jean Maynor; parents, Scott and Eliza Maynor; 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Survivors are his daughters, Alice Brown, Phyllis Maynor, Mary Griswold (Rick) and Donna Rector (Jon); brother, Raymond Maynor (Nella); grandchildren, Jeannie Suttle (Bo), Jonathan Griswold (Kayla), Jason Griswold (Virginia), Rebecca Brown Holder, Jason Burt and Lauren Carter (Greg); 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.

Services will be on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jon Rector and Dr. Al Goss officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home
