Danna Ross

Danna J. Ross, 71, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021. She was of the Church of God faith. She worked for Oster Corporation in Dayton, Akron Pencil Factory and Cavalier. Danna loved flowers and gardening and spending time with her family and grandbabies. She was preceded in death, husband, Jim Ross; father, J.C. “Eugar” Parrott and brother, Kenny Parrott.

Survivors are her children, Tammy Kennedy (Randall), Steve Kennedy (Elizabeth); mother, Georgia Parrott; granddaughters, Jessica Woodall (Jonathon), Somer Kennedy; great granddaughters, Jayda, Rayleigh and Mia; great grandson, Tayven and Kaysen; sisters, Ann Young (Charlie), Sandra McCarter (Jimmy); brothers, Lebron Parrott (Susie) and Rodney Parrott (Kim) and extended family.

Services will be on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. Burial will follow at Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
