Mr. Mewborn was one of the finest Christian men my husband and I ever knew. We attended church with him for many years. His knowledge of the Bible, book, chapter, verse, was a testament to the lifetime he spent reading and studying it. A faithful servant of the Lord, Mr.Mewborn is now enjoying his reward in the Kingdom of God. I used to see him in Walmart all the time, and he never failed to ask about my mother, who was living in a nursing home. His goodness and love for people was evident in everything he said and did. You will be missed, Mr. Mewborn.

I worked with Claude from June 2010 until his retirement. Claude was always kind and spoke to all who he came into contact with. My thoughts and prayers go to his family..

Always friendly, smiling, and always a gentleman. He is already missed when I go in Walmart. The place will not be the same without him. I never worked with him, but just seeing him in the store you could tell he was a Godly man.

Claude was a special friend to those of us privileged enough to work with him. He did a wonderful job, and was willing to do anything he was asked to do. When he had to stop worki it left a hole at Walmart. I will never forget him, he was a kind and sweet man who loved his family and friends.

Caroleen and I were friends for years. My biggest memory about her dad is that he could cook! And this girl could eat. Haha...Lots of great memories.
