Cherry Martina “Tina” Martin, went Home to the Lord on October 13, 2019. Tina was born August 29, 1930 to Roy and Rose Ella Martin. She was a lifelong resident of Sale Creek, TN. She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother (Roy & Rose Ella Martin); Brother Roy “Nelson” Martin; Sister, Eris Reed of Texas, and Nephew, Christopher M. Green.

Tina is survived by her twin sisters, Zoe (Maxie) Green; Faye (Archie) Bolton; Nephew Gregory (Sabrina) Green; Niece Jennifer Bolton; Niece Beth (Jim) Hoover; Nephew Van (Regina) Martin; Nephew Randy Martin; Cousins – Barbara Standifer Binns, Leslie (Virginia Ann) Jewell, and childhood friend, Lois Francisco Able of Dayton, TN. She has many Great Nieces and Nephews and extended family that love her deeply and lovingly refer to her as “AUNT TINA”.

Tina was a Beautiful and Selfless Servant to Others. Those who knew her were always encouraged and loved. She Retired from Provident Life and Accident with over 25 Years of Service. Her care and concern for others was of the most importance to her. Her smile radiated the room and those who knew her were blessed beyond words. She prayed for others, stood in the gap when needed, and loved deeply. Her family was her life and she served them with extreme grace and her entire being. Although our hearts are broken, our comfort is knowing that she is with Our Father in Heaven and rejoicing as she continues to watch over us who remain behind. Her investment here on Earth will not return void.

Tina requested a private graveside service. Her family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date. Prayers for the family are appreciated.
