Charlotte Ward

Charlotte Ward, 76, of lifelong resident of Soddy-Daisy, entered into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Charlotte loved cruising the Caribbean with her husband. Everyone loved her cooking. Charlotte was an avid shopper. She was a classy lady and known to always have her hair fixed, nails done and elegantly dressed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Estel and Rebecca Wynn; son, Allen Ward and grandson, Andrew Ward.

Survivors are her loving husband of 55 years, Donald Ward; children, Kimberly Mills (Larry) and Chris Ward (Heather); daughter-in-law, Suzanne Ward; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A special thank you to Hospice of Chattanooga and Dayton. They were God sent Angles.

Services will be Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joe Sneed and Rev. Larry Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Poe Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
