Chad Smith

Chad Nathan Smith, 40, of Soddy Daisy, passed away January 3, 2022. He loved art, especially drawing, tattoos and wildlife.

His sister, Miranda Ford; grandparents, Dora and James Anderson, Pete Smith, Mandie and Leck Ford and an uncle, James Anderson Jr. preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Nicole Godsey Smith; mother, Rhonda (Frankie) Ford; father, Timothy Charles (Linda) Smith; two brothers, Charles Smith and Leslie Ford III; sister, Leslie Lively; nieces Daniela Ford, Riley Smith and nephews, Jacob Ford and Jonathan Ford.

Visitation is 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2022, with the memorial service at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Troy Simmons officiating.

The family is requesting that all family and friends attending the services for Chad to please wear a mask.
