Brenda Thomas

Brenda Gail Thomas, 65, of Hixson, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She loved attending Green Pond Baptist Church when she was able. Brenda was preceded in death by her sister, Pat Daniels.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Charles “Charlie” Thomas; son, Scottie Thomas (Stacy); daughter, Jennifer Thomas; brothers, Jimmie Green, Jr. (Janice) and Charles Green; parents, Jimmie and Shirley Green of South Pittsburg; 5 grandchildren, Dominik Thomas, Ashton Kilgore, Scott Thomas, Kaitlyn Thomas and Isabel Kilgore; special nieces, Kimberly Lamberson and Christie Payne; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Pond Baptist Church with Rev. Wilburn Hardyman and Mayor Robert Cothran officiating. Visitation is Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
