Anita Nelson Claridy

Anita Charlene Nelson Claridy, 56, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, January 24, 2022. She was a sweet, caring person who loved the outdoors and nature. Anita loved her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby “Ralph” Nelson; sister, Angela Nelson Davis; sister, Annette Nelson Millwood and niece, Misty Krem.

She will be dearly missed by her mother, Lucy Gaffney; children, Christopher Claridy, Nichole Claridy, Amanda Claridy and Sarah Claridy; grandchildren, Hannah and Annalyse Owens, Cheyenne Wynne, Zane White and Kayden Battles; sister, Amy Nelson Sanders and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
