Loretta Ledford Smith

Loretta Ledford Smith, 89, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Smith; daughter, Billie Diane Hughes; parents, Cam and Pearl Ledford; brothers, Freeman, Vernon, W.R. and Jimmy Ledford and sisters, Joan Grimes and Faye Ridge.

Survivors are her son, Terry Smith (Peggy); daughter, Linda Smith (Clyde); brothers, Mike Ledford, John Ledford and Cam Ledford; sisters, June Gibson and Cathy Camp; sons-in-law and daughter-in-law, Buck Smith, Wendell Hughes and Peggy Smith that loved her like their own mother; grandchildren, Mark Buchholz, Mindy Simons, Penny Mahon, Jamie Dent and Scott Smith; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday, February 18, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services will be on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kevin Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
