Warner Harvey

Warner R. Harvey, Sr., 87, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, passed away August 5, 2017. He was the owner and operator of Harvey Garage for a number of years.

Warner was preceded in death by his wife of sixty five years, Betty Harvey.

He is survived by two sons, Warner (Shirley) R. Harvey, Jr. of Dunlap, Tennessee, James (Lodema) Herman Harvey of Dunlap, Tennessee; a daughter, Patsy Jean Harvey Johnson of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; a brother, Wilburn Harvey of Chattanooga, Tennessee; a sister, Aline Laymon Hixson; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. David Swanner officiating. Burial will follow in Shubird Cemetery. His grandsons will be serving as pallbearers. Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
