Robert Leslie “Les” Crowder, 69, of Nashville passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017. He was a member of Soddy Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Dorothy Crowder.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Gaimari Crowder; children; Shelly Rose (Scott); Robert Crowder(Dena), Nathan Deal (Summer); grandchildren, Mattie Lee Jones, Jason Rose, Anisa Crowder, Dyson Crowder; sister, Janice Hancock (Mark),; niece, Amy Sims; and nephew, Brian Hancock.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Pennington Bend Church of Christ in Nashville, Tennessee with Pastor Tom Boyette officiating, with Navy honors. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Soddy Church of Christ, 11665 Hixson Pike, Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee 37379, or The American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. on July 20.
