Marguerite Burt

Marguerite Burt, 89, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Burt; her sons, Ricky and Joel Burt; and two brothers, James and Broyles Pendergrass. She was a member of the Mr. Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Steve Burt of Soddy- Daisy; daughters, Melissia Burt of Soddy Daisy and Jacquitta Manasco of Sale Creek; brother, Claude Pendergrass of Spring City; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017 with Minister Scott Pendergrass presiding; interment to follow at Spence Cemetery in Dayton, TN. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at the funeral home.
