Dear family, Carol especially, since I know you best, I had no idea when we chatted the other night how serious this situation was. I prayed continuously for your family and Dad but didn't know how poor his health was. Please tell your family how sorry I am and will be praying for them. To all the Rogers family! So sorry for your loss, I don't think we have ever meet in person but over the 59 years I have been in the Ellis family there is a chance we may have meet a few of you. My husband Billy is Jeans baby brother and I have heard Kathy talk about you especially during this last year as she has struggled to help with her Mom. Our prayers are with you all. What a sad time for all of you. Please accept my condolences on the death of one so dear to you. Words of comfort come from friends and are appreciated. The most reliable comfort comes from "the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our trials"(2Cor.1:3,4). So rely on our loving heavenly Father to comfort you in the sad time ahead as you deal with your loss. My sincere sympathy to all.
